Quarry

​The National Lime and Stone Walk-in Quarry is just that – once you enter the exhibit, you will feel like you are standing right in the middle of a quarry! The quarry’s large graphics help bring the exhibit alive.  A large table in the middle of the exhibit is modeled after a quarry and is a fun place for kids to play with small-scale models found in a quarry. Impressive displays on the walls show what the quarry materials go into as the finished product!
