Birthday PartiesLooking for a fun and educational setting for your child’s birthday or special event? The Children’s Museum of Findlay is the perfect place to party! Our exhibits provide children with hours of fun; and our friendly staff members are here to help out and make sure that you and your friends have a great time. Party Room rental starts at $150 for non-members and $125 for members. To ensure a comfortable and manageable party, we suggest a maximum group size of 25. Included
- Price includes the birthday child and up to 15 additional children. (Parents and caregivers of party-goers are free, but you will be charged another $3 for each extra child.)
- All Party Room rentals last two hours. Children and their parents can continue to play at the Museum for the rest of the day, if the museum is open following your two hour party window.
- A staff member or volunteer will be available to assist you ½ hour prior to your party, check in with you periodically, and help you clean up afterward. Please ask for assistance as needed.
- The Children’s Museum will provide tables for food, beverages, and presents. You are welcome to bring a cooler.
Guidelines
- Please keep all food and drinks within the designated Party Room space.
- You will be charged for the replacement of all items damaged by party guests.
- Any guest who refuses to treat our exhibits and staff with respect will be asked to leave.
- Parties outside of regular Museum hours will incur an additional $50/hour rental fee.
- Cancellations with less than two weeks of advance notice are non-refundable.
- There must be at least 1 adult present for every 5 children in attendance.
- Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
- Your party date will be confirmed upon our receipt of a $50 deposit. The full cost is payable at any time until the date of the party. However, your entire balance must be paid prior to using the room.
Event Rentals
Party Room Rental
Our party room provides a gathering space for your group while the kids explore the rest of the museum. You can rent the party room during Children's Museum of Findlay business hours for $75 an hour. The Museum will be open to the public, but the party room will be reserved especially for you and your group. The $75 an hour price includes admission for up to 30 people. A two-hour minimum is required.

Entire Museum Private Rental
You can privately rent out the entire Museum, outside of our regular business hours, for your event. The rate is $150 an hour. This rate includes one staff member to ensure your CMF experience goes smoothly and admission for up to 50 people.
